Delivery Agreement

This Delivery Agreement applies to all services provided throughconnect123.app, operated by Edu Focus SRL. By using our platform, you agree to the following terms regarding the delivery of event registration services.

1. Service Description

The platform facilitates event registration for third-party organizers. Once the user completes registration and payment, delivery of the following will occur:

• Payment confirmation via email.
• Full event details, including date, time, location, and organizer contacts.

2. Delivery Timelines

Delivery of payment confirmation and event details will be processed immediately upon successful payment. Please allow up to 24 hours for the delivery of confirmation emails, depending on technical factors.

3. Delivery Method

All confirmations and details will be sent to the email address provided during the registration process. Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their email address.

4. Non-Delivery

If the confirmation email is not received within 24 hours, users are encouraged to check their spam/junk folders. If the issue persists, please contact our support team at support@connect123.app for assistance.

5. Limitation of Liability

Edu Focus SRL is not liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by incorrect user information, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. Users are responsible for resolving such issues with their email provider.

6. Third-Party Responsibilities

The event organizers are responsible for delivering the event as described in the event details. Any concerns regarding event delivery should be directed to the respective organizer.

7. Amendments

Edu Focus SRL reserves the right to update or modify this agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
